What if I'm running late?

Please let us know if you're running late. We will hold your appointment for up to 10 minutes. If you arrive late, we'll do our best to accommodate you if a technician is available. Otherwise your appointment may need to be rescheduled. After 10 minutes without notice, your appointment may be considered a no-call, no-show.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. There is no cancellation fee. After two no-shows, a prepayment will be required for all future appointments.

Yes! We welcome children. For everyone's safety and comfort, children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the salon.

No. Nail art, French tips, chrome, charms, and other specialty designs are priced separately.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. We offer a 3-day workmanship guarantee. If your nails chip, lift, or break due to workmanship within 3 days of your appointment, please contact us and we will be happy to provide a complimentary repair using the same color and design.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All services are non-refundable. However, if there is an issue due to our workmanship, we will gladly correct it in accordance with our guarantee policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, ApplePay, and most major debit and credit cards. American Express is not accepted.

Can I leave a tip on my card?

Yes! Tips may be added to your card payment or given in cash. Cash tips are always appreciated since our technicians receive them in full.
